If you prefer to use a third-party service for consolidated tracking, we recommend 17Track. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates in multiple languages. - Enter Your Tracking Number
On the 17Track homepage, paste your tracking number into the search bar and click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your package. - Monitor Your Shipment Progress
You will see detailed milestones such as “Picked Up,” “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered.” For the most accurate information, we suggest checking the tracking page every 24–48 hours, as updates may take time to reflect.
What If My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work?
It can take up to 24–48 hours after shipment for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system. If the number still does not work after this period, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Additional Tips for a Smooth Tracking Experience
- Save your tracking number and order confirmation email for reference.
- If you are using a third-party platform like PackageRadar or AfterShip, simply enter the same tracking number—these services work similarly to 17Track.
- For international shipments, customs clearance may cause delays. Check the tracking status for any “Customs Hold” notifications.
- We do not require you to create an account or log in to track your order—just use the tracking number provided in your email.
