You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or accessories (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Refund

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing

Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
